Elevare Event Activations specializes in corporate events, weddings, personal celebrations and curated private parties.
Only the event host receives access to the full live gallery, which includes every photo, GIF, and boomerang captured during the activation. Guests will only receive the images they personally take and send to themselves. If the host chooses to make the full gallery visible to all participating guests, the Glow Booth will display a clear disclosure and Terms of Use so everyone understands how their images may be shared. This ensures transparency, consent, and a positive experience for all.

- A detailed proposal with invoice + contract
- A pre‑event questionnaire so we can customize your experience
3. Secure Your Date
Sign your contract + pay your retainer to officially lock in your event activation.
4. We Handle the Rest
We design, prep, deliver, set up, and break down — you just show up and enjoy.
